Werribee is the furthest point of our regular western run, and the venues here are a mix you don't see in the newer estates: clubs with proper function rooms, a racecourse function centre with landscaped grounds, and older community halls alongside the growth areas of Wyndham Vale and Manor Lakes.
We're based in Melbourne's South-East and come out via the West Gate and the Princes Freeway. There's no travel surcharge within metropolitan Melbourne, but for a Werribee bump-in we leave early and plan the freeway into the schedule rather than hoping for a clear run.

Two venues show the range. The Werribee Functions & Events Centre on Bulban Road sits in landscaped grounds with indoor and outdoor spaces, which suits a ceremony outside and a reception in. Hoppers Club on Pannam Drive in Hoppers Crossing runs function rooms from around 90 guests up to about 250 cocktail-style when its two main rooms are combined.
Garden spaces bring the western wind into play, so outdoor arches and backdrops get weighted and kept low, with an indoor fall-back agreed in advance. Club rooms bring the opposite problem: fixed bars, carpet and set finish times. We check what can be moved, what can't be fixed to walls and when the room has to be clear, then style around it.

Yes. For Navratri we keep the centre of the room clear for garba and style the stage, entrance and perimeter; for Diwali we focus on lights, marigolds and a photo backdrop.
