A first birthday at home with thirty relatives and a cake table is a completely different job to a 50th in a function room with a seated dinner, and both are completely different again to a 21st that needs to look good at midnight rather than at two in the afternoon.
So we scale to what you're doing. Hire a backdrop and a few plinths and dress them yourself, or hand us the room and turn up to it finished. There's no minimum package, and we'll happily tell you when you don't need as much as you think.

Not for items you collect yourself — hire a single backdrop if that's genuinely all you need. Delivered and installed orders have a minimum value that covers vehicle and crew time, which we'll confirm when you send your list.
Yes. We coordinate with the venue on access times and what can be fixed to walls or ceilings, and work within the window they give us. Many restaurants only allow access an hour beforehand, which is usually workable if we know in advance.
