A proposal set-up is small, private and entirely dependent on timing. Usually it's a candle and floral arrangement, sometimes signage, set up in a garden, a rooftop or a room while the other person is elsewhere — then cleared quietly afterwards.
The constraint is always secrecy and access. Tell us where and when, and we'll work out how it gets installed without being seen. It's one of our favourite things to do, and it costs far less than most people assume.
