Community hall functions, Diwali celebrations, ceremonies and large family gatherings — styled across Cranbourne, Clyde and the growth corridor.
Cranbourne and Clyde run on community halls. Guest lists here are often larger than the newer homes can hold, so a hired hall does the work — and hall bookings come with their own rules: a fixed access window, nothing fixed to the walls without permission, and frequently a requirement that the space is cleared the same night.
That shapes how we design for this area. Set-ups are built to install fast and come down faster, freestanding wherever possible so nothing needs to be attached to a wall or ceiling, and specified so the pack-down crew isn't still there at midnight while the caretaker waits.
Full-room set-ups built for hard access windows and same-night pack-down.
One of our busiest areas for festive functions — fairy-light backdrops, rangoli and table styling.
Seating for both families, a ceremony backdrop, and floral work with traditional elements.
Structures sized to hall ceiling heights, freestanding so nothing is fixed to the venue.
Milestone parties for bigger guest lists than a home can comfortably hold.
Backdrops and props for celebrations at home in the newer estates.

The estates through Clyde, Clyde North and Cranbourne East tend toward open-plan interiors with modest yards. That's ideal for a styled indoor table or a backdrop in a living space, and less suited to a large outdoor ceremony — which is exactly why so many events here move to a hall.
For at-home celebrations we work with what the layout gives us: a feature wall rather than a marquee, and a set-up that doesn't need the sliding doors open in February.
Ask us about your event →Yes — hall functions are a large part of our work in this area. We contact the hall manager directly to confirm the access window, what may be fixed to walls, and whether the space has to be cleared the same night, so none of that lands on you.
Yes. Many community halls require it, so we plan for it from the start — freestanding pieces, quick-release fixings and a crew sized to clear the room inside the window rather than hoping for extra time.
Yes, along with Botanic Ridge, Junction Village and Devon Meadows. All within our standard service area with no travel surcharge.
As much as possible — Diwali week is the busiest fortnight of our year and halls in this corridor book out early. That said, we hold stock specifically for festive events, so it's always worth asking even late.
